JOB SUMMARY

Execute TWG Trade Development strategy for Emerging Channel Focus items within the TWG Portfolio in all major Regional Chains.  Assist in execution of National Chain programs that are secured by our National team of Directors. Work with TWG Field Sales Organization to maximize program execution efforts with our wholesalers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Build relationships with EC regional chain buyers and all key decision makers in each account. Build quality relationships with Director/VP of Chains at wholesaler as well as the KAM and Execution teams
  • Understand TWG initiatives and how to prioritize them for each customer based on their individual go to market strategy
  • Execute TWG pricing strategy with knowledge of individual chain requirements and nuances. Includes managing Post Offs, Multi-Lane pricing, Warehouse Pricing, QD’s, Split Case charges etc.  Need to work closely with TWG Field Sales Team in order to manage properly
  • Create and sell high impact Trade Marketing programs 
  • Act as conduit to Field Sales to maximize program execution through all key phases: Planning-Communication-Execution-Evaluation
  • Responsibility for TWG Category Management in these accounts through individual efforts and coordination with the wholesaler. Optimize shelf and cold Box placements
  • Handle administration as required by each chain and TWG
  • National/Regional chain support for EC Directors (East & West)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 Years Field sales experience with a Supplier or Distributor
  • Regional Head Quarter call experience
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Excel, Power point, Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Must have a proactive spirit and possess strong initiative
  • Must be well organized with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and be flexible to changes in the wine industry
  • Willing to travel and with overnight stays as needed
  • Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment
  • Support and model all Company procedures and policies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in an office environment.
